4 Week Introduction to Meditation Course


This is a course for beginners or for anyone who wants to strengthen their foundations of mediation to learn some basic techniques. The course will equip you with techniques to help you manage emotions, stress, anxiety, overthinking and troubling thoughts. Learn effective meditation and mindfulness techniques to relax the body, calm the mind and nourish wellbeing.

In this 4-week beginner’s meditation course, you will be supported to develop your meditation practice to become more present in the current moment and separate yourself from emotional states. You will learn how to meditate by yourself and learn how powerful meditation can be.

In this 4-week Beginners Meditation course you will learn:
- An understanding of meditation and how it works
- Guided short and long in-class meditations
- A variety of simple effective techniques
- How to use meditation to respond to situations
- How to think clearly and develop better focus
- How to practice at home
- Letting go and awareness in the present moment

Daily Mindfulness Meditation Workshop

In this Daily Mindfulness Meditation Workshop, we will cover short mini-meditations that you can use throughout the day, wherever you are.
You will learn how to meditate while completing your daily activities, training yourself to relax your body and mind rapidly whenever you want to.


There are countless opportunities through the day to focus with mini-meditations, by doing this you’ll be grounding yourself in the present moment, bringing calmness and awareness in your everyday activities.

By taking a few seconds or minutes to focus on doing a mini-meditation exercise, you help keep your body relaxed and give yourself the ability to process your thoughts and emotions more efficiently.

Over time, with mini-meditations your life will become less stressful and you will enjoy every day with fulfilment and awareness.

In this workshop, you will learn:
- An understanding of meditation and how it works
- How to complete mini-meditations for daily mindfulness
- A range of mini mindfulness meditations you can use anywhere
- Guided in-class short meditations

This workshop is designed for new and beginner meditators and you will learn everything you need to meditate with daily mindfulness.
If you an experienced meditator, this is a great place to refresh your mindfulness skills and deepen your awareness in everyday life with daily short meditations.

This workshop will help you mediate throughout your day by yourself, without having to attend a class or sit down for a full longer mediation.

You will train yourself how to relax quickly and consciously at any time to suit your lifestyle.

Weekly Beginner Meditation

From the beginner meditation classes, you will find a great sense of calmness as you relax the body and mind. You will leave behind negative emotions and judgement to find a place of beauty within yourself.

Relaxation, Focus and Self-Awareness can be achieved with any good meditation.

Come weekly to this class to equip you with techniques to help you manage emotions, stress, anxiety, overthinking and troubling thoughts. Learn effective meditation and mindfulness techniques to relax the body, calm the mind and nourish wellbeing.

​You will be guided through short and long in-class meditations to relax after a busy day and help create a great relaxation routine for your mind.

 

**Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket and a cushion of some kind to sit on. If you have a meditation cushion or stool, please feel free to bring along. This class will be held on a carpeted area on the floor so please bring something to get comfortable to sit or lay down for the hour.

This workshop is designed for new and beginner meditators and you will learn the basic skills to meditate with daily mindfulness.If you an experienced meditator, this is a great place to refresh your mindfulness skills, deepen your awareness in everyday life and share time with like minded people with a weekly meditation class.
