Friday Lunch time Yoga
Join us for a 45-minute Lunch-time Yoga class and flow right into your weekend.
A dynamic flow for students of all levels with floor and standing poses. Students can come and feel good about their bodies and practice, with modifications offered throughout to suit all levels, beginners welcome.
A nice warming flow to strengthen and build heat, followed by calming stretches and mindful restorative practice to head into the weekend.
​
Please bring your yoga mat and any props you have to support your practice (such as blocks, bolster & blanket).
Starts at 12pm sharp, arrive 5-10mins early to setup and relax before we commence.
If you’re not rushing off afterwards, stay for some connection & chats with your fellow yogis for a coffee or lunch at Café Mojo.
Classes are $15 each, book to secure your spot.

Volunteer Yoga Classes
I've teamed up with some amazing yoga teachers to offer free yoga classes to the community.

These classes are based out of Buddhist Society of Western Australia Nollamara Community Centre.
Held on Saturdays at 5pm, see image for upcoming classes or through Buddhist Society of WA social media page or website.
​
Anyone can attend these sessions for free, you do not need to be associated with BSWA.
All you need is a yoga mat and a open heart.​
The session are suitable for beginners and well practiced yogis.​​​​​
​
Sessions are 45mins long with a beautiful slow flow to help you relax and restore your body.​
